Meet Shelby.

Shelby was brought to us after being found next to a dumpster, tossed aside like a bag of garbage. The people who found her thought that at first she was already dead, but discovered she was barely clinging to life. With emergancy vet care, and a careful, loving foster, Shelby is how a happy, beautiful girl, much loved by her family.
